you towards your inner self-healing abilities, which I believe all individuals are born with. As a medicine, ketamine provides you with the ability to start healing yourself from trauma, depression and chronic stress.
It offers a unique approach as an alternative treatment option, by promoting neuroplasticity in the brain, ultimately leading to overall cognitive and mood improvement as well as increased resilience. Our team has completed specialized training in ketamine-assisted treatment and provides you with a safe and supportive healing environment.
Somatic Work
Marina is Somatic Experiencing (SE) Beginner Certified with ongoing training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. SE is a body-oriented approach to healing stress and trauma, allowing individuals to release any stored energy and regulate the nervous system. I guide my clients in exploring the connections
between their physical sensations, thoughts, and emotions.
Breathwork
Breathwork is a therapeutic practice that uses conscious breathing to improve physical, emotional, and mental well-being. It helps release emotions, reduce anxiety, and promote relaxation while fostering self-awareness. Marina is a Certified Complex Trauma Professional (CCTP), under standing the impact of trauma on mental health and overall well-being. We are dedicated to providing you with a safe environment and supporting you on your healing journey using evidence-based trauma approaches. Our trauma-focused care approach can help you gain insight into the effects of your trauma and support you in reclaiming the narrative. We emphasize your individual empowerment and resilience.
Psychiatric Medication Support
Our Psychiatric Medication Support services provides guidance and support in exploring any current psychiatric medications you are taking and discussing medication options
with you for depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD and Medication Assisted Treatment for addiction recovery such as Suboxone and Naltrexone. Medication can be
a valuable short-term or long-term tool for you. We will discuss any current medications you are on, their effectiveness, any concerns you may have, and your symptoms. We
then collaborate with you on a medication plan, putting your own unique needs, goals, and preferences for treatment first. We also offer outpatient medication detox from
psychiatric medications using a slow and tapered approach to safely and comfortably get you off the medication.
Strength Based Therapy
