MARINA Pitsilos

             I'm Marina, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience treating mental health and addiction. I am a certified complex trauma provider with specialized training in psychedelic-assisted treatment and ongoing training in Somatic Experiencing. I believe in the strength and resilience of each individual I encounter and am dedicated to creating an environment that puts your personal growth, empowerment and healing journey first. I practice psychiatry outside of traditional models.

I believe that all individuals have the innate ability to heal themselves when provided with the right tools and support. My passion is providing true holistic care. I can work with you by offering medication support, medication detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), ketamine-assisted treatment, somatic therapy, metabolic psychiatry, sleep optimization techniques, psychotherapy, genetic testing and other tools to help you reach your goals for treatment.
