Stay On Topic: Keep discussions relevant to healing, integrative support, and resource sharing to maintain focus. Encourage Participation: Invite all members to share their thoughts, ensuring everyone has a chance to contribute.
Commitment to Growth
Open to Learning: Be open to learning from each other’s experiences and perspectives. Acknowledge that everyone is at different stages in their healing journey. Encourage Self-Care: Remind members to prioritize their own well-being and take breaks from the group if needed. By adhering to these guidelines, the group can foster a safe and nurturing environment conducive to healing and support.

We are here to support one another in community. Unless directly invited in a post by an admin please do not post any outside links or images to websites, offers or social media profiles (to another Facebook group, podcast, website, free or paid offer, social media etc.)
No Promotion / Solicitation
Unless invited in a post by an admin, the following are not allowed; DM-ing other group members except to build on a personal connection made in the group - NO soliciting or random DMs, mass friend requesting group members, pitching offers in DM to group members, inviting group members to your Facebook groups / Zoom meet ups etc., creating or inviting members to outside or alumni Facebook groups.
Respect the Group's Privacy
Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but these discussions may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group STAYS in the group.
Assume Best Intentions
When commenting on conversation threads, we ask that everyone assume best intentions.
No Hate Speech / Bullying
